What plan does my church start with?
Every new workspace starts on the Free plan, with up to 60 active members and one staff account. You can upgrade to a paid plan from Billing whenever your church needs more capacity or features.
What counts toward the member and staff limits?
The member limit counts active, unarchived member records across your church. Staff limits include active staff accounts and pending invitations. Your church owner can request an upgrade from Billing.
Can we send SMS messages?
Yes. ChurchLuma sends SMS messages to the members, departments or phone numbers you choose. You can write a message or use a saved template, then follow its delivery progress in Messages. Each recipient uses one credit for a short text. Longer texts are split into multiple parts and use one credit for each part, so they may use more credits. You can buy additional credits when needed.
Does ChurchLuma collect tithes or offerings online?
ChurchLuma records giving and expenses, including offerings linked to services. It does not currently process online donations.
Can different staff have different access?
Yes. Invite staff, assign their roles and branch access, and control permissions for features such as finance, analytics and billing. Invited staff join your existing church workspace.
What if our church needs more branches or has more than 2,000 members?
Growth includes up to 2 branches and Pro includes up to 4, counting the main branch. If you need more than 4 branches or have over 2,000 members, contact [email protected] about a custom plan.
